2BR 2 Bath Suite (Wrap Around Balcony)

Description

This is a connected Deluxe Bedroom and a Suite with 10 week membership for four people that can be used over 8 years. The Memberships include Room, Board, and Panchakarma, and a first-priority Booking Preference. Members purchase a plan granting them a 20% discounted price, and access to 10 weeks of stays over an 8-year period for their chosen room category. Stays can be booked flexibly, subject to availability, with no annual limits.

• Booking Availability: Weeks become available for booking one year in advance and are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Bundled Pricing: Memberships include 3 meals per day per person. One Ayurveda Doctor/Vaidya consultation per week per person
  Three Panchakarma treatments per day (for example 4 hands Abhyanga massage, Shirodhara, and Basti) per person
• Flexibility: Members can use their 10 weeks anytime during the 8 years, either consecutively or spread out across the term.
  Memberships are non-transferable unless approved by the Vyas Retreat Management. Members cannot sell or transfer their membership to other people unless approved.
• 4-Person Group Rate Option: Groups of 4 who stay in the same suite will pay one membership rate, with an additional charge of $866 per week for meals and Ayurveda consultations per person: The additional charge includes all meals, panchakarma, and one Ayurveda Doctor/Vaidya consultation per week for the additional persons.
• The names of the group must be specified at the time of purchase and groups must stay in the same room during the visit. Direct family members (parents, children, and grandchildren) are allowed to use the membership without prior approval from Vyas Retreat Management. The names and relationships of these relatives must be listed at the time of purchase. Membership cannot be applied to: additional Ayurvedic Herb products, additional Doctor or Vaidya consultations, more than one room or suite, or taxes.
• Members are encouraged to notify The Vyas Retreat 12 months in advance who will stay in their room/suite and for how long. Members are guaranteed the right to occupy the unit if they reserve 12 months in advance. When staying at The Vyas Retreat, visitors are recommended to spend a minimum of 2 weeks of their stay doing Panchakarma treatments. Memberships are subject to review by The Vyas Retreat Board of Directors. The Board of Directors reserves the right to remove Premium Memberships for misuse of the property. Members cannot remove or replace the Unit furniture and decorations without the written consent of The Vyas Retreat Board of Directors.
• All prices listed here do not include taxes. Taxes will be charged on-site in Nepal Rupees and are estimated at 15-20% on the amount of weeks being used at that time. Taxes will be charged only when the member comes to the site to use the membership.
